Eh, so I ordered these new contact lenses online and it was so simple. Like, I just clicked a few buttons, paid, and there they were at my door before I knew it. The shipping info was really handy, it was like I was on a little adventure tracking my lenses to me. And when they arrived, they were all snug in their package. So, I'm pretty pleased with my buy and will definitely shop there again!

Every little thing about Ruthie was spot on, it really took me back to all our moments together. This clone is now a special keepsake that brings me so much comfort and helps me remember all the good times we shared.

Non-delivery issue
I'm really unhappy with the service I got from this company. I placed an order weeks ago, but my package still hasn't shown up. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's not cool to leave me hanging like this. I thought I could rely on this website to deliver my order on time, but it's let me down. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone because they don't seem to be very reliable.

Inflatable mattress with missing bag
I bought an inflatable mattress online and boy was I disappointed with what I got. I specifically asked for one with a bag, but when it arrived, it was just the mattress – no bag in sight! I did my research, made sure the description said it came with a bag, because I could’ve easily found a cheaper one if I wanted it without. But guess what? The package came without the bag I was promised. I called customer service and they said there was a note about the bag not being included, but I swear I didn’t see that note when I ordered. What’s worse, on their website, they had a similar product with and without a bag, but the picture showed it with the bag. They denied any mistake and overcharged me by 40% for the wrong item. And to top it off, one of the products was broken when it arrived. It’s frustrating to think that even when you order directly from the original website, you can still get scammed.

Two dresses
I recently bought from this company for the first time and it was a complete nightmare. I ordered two dresses, but ended up getting two separate orders of the same dresses. I paid $70.00 and $118.00 for them, but they were really poor quality. When I tried to return them, they wanted to charge me $38.00. Being on a pension, I can't just waste money like that. I contacted their customer service a few times, but only got generic responses. They eventually offered me a $55.00 refund, which didn't make up for all the hassle and wasted money.

Plus size clothing purchase
The plus size clothing I bought from the store was totally my style - they had everything from gothic to cute summer looks. The quality of the clothes was a bit on the cheaper side, but overall, they were still good value for money. I had some trouble returning an item, but the customer service team did get back to me and fixed the problem. I can't wait to place my next order with them!
