I bought something from this company not too long ago, but the stuff came late, which was a bummer. So, I reached out to customer service to let them know about the late delivery. Honestly, I was pretty happy with how quickly and well they handled it. Honeylette, the customer service rep, was a gem and helped me sort out the return and refund super smoothly. I'm grateful for how they sorted out my problem so quickly and efficiently.

This company is just ridiculous to order from, especially when it comes to sale items. If you have more than one child or family member, forget about getting the sale price on all items - they only let you buy one! Who limits how much customers can purchase? It's like they don't want to make money by selling more items. Customer satisfaction clearly isn't important to them. Can't believe they actually came up with these crazy policies. If they ever decide to focus on customers and let us buy what we want, then maybe I'll think about ordering from them again.

Even though they couldn't actually change the address, they quickly sent me the tracking info and details for the shipping company. Armed with that info, I was able to fix the mistake on my end. And let me tell you, the dresses I got are just too cute! They'll be perfect for Easter this year.
