Was unsure, relieved.

I was halfway folding my kid’s new tee when I noticed the sleeve was smaller than I expected — sizing's a bit all over. They feel soft, perfect for daycare and lazy weekends, colours stuck after a wash (nice surprise). Delivery was flaky and CS sometimes helpful, sometimes not.

That was the exact moment I realised I was actually satisfied. The clothes themselves were fine — soft, decent stitching, the prints looked like the pics — and the price was reasonable enough that I didn’t feel ripped off. Shipping was quicker than I expected too, which helped my mood more than I thought it would. I’ll be honest, I only ordered because of a sale and because my daughter needed stuff, not because I adored the brand. But when the package arrived neatly, everything fit about right, and the kiddo put on a little outfit and stopped whining, it felt like a tiny victory. I’ll give credit where it’s due. My main gripe is not about the product so much as their advertising — that one tune stuck in my head for days and honestly made me tense up whenever YouTube threw it at me. If PatPat could dial back the earworm or stop autoplaying it, that would make repeat customers out of people who otherwise like the stuff. So yeah, decent value and service, could be better marketing-wise. Quick tip to others: mute autoplay ads and shop sales. Feeling relieved, mildly annoyed, but in the end pleased enough to order again — just maybe not without earplugs.
