Cancelled return request
I had to cancel a return request for something I bought from this online store. Their customer service team was so good, they fixed my problem right away. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy. I've liked their clothes for a long time, and now I have one more reason to keep shopping there - their amazing customer service.
Baby outfits for a friend
I absolutely loved the baby outfits I sent to my friend, eh? But come on, why wasn't there a way to add a gift message or receipt, eh? I had to give her a call to let her know it was from me. Can you please sort this out? Besides that, the kids' clothes are so cute, eh.
Cute matching outfits for me and my mom
I found this really cute matching outfit for me and my mom at this store. It took so long to arrive, like 2 weeks, but when it finally came, everything was just as they promised. The clothes are really comfortable and the prices were reasonable. I can't wait to wear them with my mom, we're going to look amazing!
My awesome clothes

Baby items sizing issue
Ordered some baby items that unfortunately didn't fit, but the customer service was great! They replied to my emails quickly and refunded me for the items that didn't work out.
Frustrating ordering process
This company is just ridiculous to order from, especially when it comes to sale items. If you have more than one child or family member, forget about getting the sale price on all items - they only let you buy one! Who limits how much customers can purchase? It's like they don't want to make money by selling more items. Customer satisfaction clearly isn't important to them. Can't believe they actually came up with these crazy policies. If they ever decide to focus on customers and let us buy what we want, then maybe I'll think about ordering from them again.
Typo on address, contacted customer service
Sorry about that! I goofed up my address when ordering, so I reached out to customer service for some help. Even though they couldn't actually change the address, they quickly sent me the tracking info and details for the shipping company. Armed with that info, I was able to fix the mistake on my end. And let me tell you, the dresses I got are just too cute! They'll be perfect for Easter this year.
New clothes
I just got some new clothes from this app and they're all so cute and stylish. The service was top-notch, the team was really friendly and they helped me out with any problems I had. I totally suggest this app to all my friends!
