I gotta say, my experience with this company's customer service was really great. The person I talked to was super helpful and right on the money with sorting out my issue. I didn't run into any problems getting things fixed, and they answered my questions right away. I'm still waiting on a refund, but overall, I'm happy with the service I got and I'm grateful for the help I got.
