Nordstrom Rack - Reviews and experiences

I picked up 2 pairs of shoes and a backpack at Nordstrom Rack, eh, and it turned out to be a bit of a letdown, ya know. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on the stuff, but it took way longer to show up than I was anticipating. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times to check on my order, but their responses didn't really cut it for me. Waiting around for my gear for that long was super annoying, especially since I needed them for an event that was coming up. All in all, the whole online ordering process at Nordstrom Rack left me unimpressed.

I recently bought a bunch of stuff at Nordstrom Rack for the holidays and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how it all turned out. Some of the things I got were final sale, and one of those items never showed up. So, I asked for a refund but was told no because of their final sale policy. I even talked to the Delivery Team who said they had proof of shipment and weirdly mentioned getting the local authorities involved. But, neither team has actually helped me solve the problem, which is super frustrating. Now, I've gotta go through the delivery service to try and figure out what happened and maybe get my money back. Honestly, the customer service from Nordstrom Rack in this situation has been pretty crappy.

While I've always had a good time shopping at Nordstrom Rack in-person, my recent online order totally let me down. I bought a bunch of suits and dresses for a special event, but when my package arrived, four out of eleven items were missing! When I reached out to customer service, they gave me wishy-washy answers and said I might not even get a refund for the missing stuff. They also mentioned that Nordstrom doesn't do anything to make up for these mistakes. Feeling frustrated and kinda cheated out of some awesome deals because of someone's mistake or bad behavior.

Got this super cute shirt online, but man, the delivery was a total nightmare. Ordered it weeks ago, but it never showed up because the delivery company is just the worst. They can't seem to find my house even though I made sure my address was right. I finally tried calling them, but it was a disaster - got stuck on the phone with a robot. Nordstrom Rack really dropped the ball on this one!

If you like waiting around for a package that never shows up, then Nordstrom Rack is the spot for you. I bought some shoes online and they were supposed to be delivered by this company called LSO. Let me tell you, LSO was a total mess. My package never made it to me, and when I reached out to customer service, they were useless. I won't be relying on their online shipping services again, that's for sure.

I jus' bought a pair o' shoes from Nordstrom Rack that I've been eyein' fer a while now. Couldn't find 'em nowheres else, so I was pretty stoked when I found 'em in my size at Nordstrom Rack. But then things went sour real quick - never ended up gettin' the package. The delivery folks at TForce said they dropped it off, but I never got my hands on it. Was a real letdown, gotta admit.
