TrackingOh my goodness, this store is driving me nuts! I got these amazing boots online when they were on sale, but it's been forever and they still haven't shipped them. I keep checking the order status and it just keeps saying "Order not yet fulfilled." I tried calling customer service, but they told me there were technical problems. Like, seriously? I even sent a ticket and they promised to reply in 24 hours, but it's been days now! I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Are they trying to rip us off or what? Nine West, you better fix this and make things right for all of us mad customers!
