Nine West - Reviews and experiences

I ordered some shoes, eh, but they never showed up. I paid for 'em and got an email saying they were on their way, but turns out it wasn't legit - definitely not from the company. The tracking number they gave me didn't even work, and when I reached out to customer service, they couldn't sort it out. Eventually, I did get my package, but it wasn't the shoes I wanted - got sent a whole different product instead. Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.

So, I ordered some shoes online, eh? And let me tell ya, I was so disappointed with the service I got. Supposed to have them delivered to my place, but never showed up, bud. Tried talking to customer service, but they weren't much help, eh? And couldn't even track my order right. Total bummer, eh?

I'm so bummed about the online shopping experience I just had. The website said I'd get my order in 5-7 days, but it's been over 10 days and it hasn't even been sent out yet. I paid a whopping $11 for delivery, and now I wish I hadn't since it's taking so long. I tried reaching out to customer service by email, but no one has gotten back to me, which is just making me even more frustrated. I got the item as a gift for my mother-in-law, and now the lack of updates and slow delivery has got me feeling really disappointed and let down. The lack of professionalism and communication from this company is just not cool, and I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
