PriceI recently bought a pair of shoes from this shop and gotta say, I was super disappointed with how things went down. I ordered the shoes online and even splurged on faster shipping, thinking they'd be at my door in no time. But guess what? It actually took a whole week for them to finally show up, way longer than I was told. When I reached out to customer service to ask what was up, all I got was a vague and unsatisfying excuse, and they even refused to give me back the extra money I spent on shipping. The rep pointed to some fine print about processing time in the terms and conditions, which honestly felt pretty sneaky and unfair to me. Long story short, I felt totally ripped off and you can bet I won't be shopping with this store again.
