The return policy at this store is so frustrating! Who would actually believe that a 21-day return policy makes sense? It's already hard enough to find the perfect gift for someone, and then to only have a short time to bring it back if they don't like it is just crazy. Plus, there's no option for exchanges, so you're just stuck with something that might not be right for you or the person you bought it for. And forget about buying gifts ahead of time, because chances are you'll be past the return deadline when you finally give it. The lack of flexibility and willingness to assist is really disappointing.

I ordered a leather bag but got a fabric one instead, returned it with a gift, and then got accused of keeping the gift. They even deducted the value of the gift from my refund. So unfair, the service was so disrespectful, and the brand is dishonest.

So, I bought something online from this company not too long ago, eh? But turns out I had to send it back, right? Their website said international returns would cost around $10-$20, but get this - I ended up getting charged three times as much! Sometimes, I paid more for the return than I did for the actual item. And on top of that, the person I talked to on the phone for customer service was super rude and didn't help at all, eh.
