CheckoutI had recently ordered something from this store and thought I would get free shipping because my order was above a certain amount. But when I went to checkout, I saw that I was still being charged for shipping, even though I qualified for free shipping. So I contacted Customer Service, and they told me that free shipping is only for those who create an account, which I didn't want to do. The person I talked to was nice, but didn't really try to help me much. In the end, I just canceled my order because I didn't expect to pay an extra 10 dollars for shipping. If a company says they offer free shipping, they should stick to their word for their customers.
