DeliveryI bought this tote bag at a warehouse sale and was pretty pumped to score it for a good deal. But then I got an email a few days later saying my order got cancelled because they didn't have enough in stock. I asked if there were any other options, but they told me that this bag wasn't even supposed to be in the sale in the first place and there was no way around it. It was a bummer and not the best start to trying out this brand.

When I contacted customer service, all they did was say sorry for the inconvenience. They didn't offer any solution, and I was left with nothing. I was hoping for better from a company like this.
