OverallI was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. It took more than a month for me to finally get the bag I ordered and when it showed up, there were threads sticking out all over the material. I got in touch with customer service right away and they sent me a return label to send the item back. But even after more than 9 days of sending it back, they said they never got it. Dealing with this company has been a total disaster from beginning to end. It's practically the end of March now and I still haven't seen any solution to my issue. This company is a complete joke!
