I bought a bag recently and I was so let down by how poorly made it was. The handle actually fell off after just a few days of using it. When I tried to get help from the customer service, I talked to a not-so-nice person named Alecia. She wouldn't help me at all because I didn't have the receipt, even though the bag was a gift. Dealing with this whole situation really upset me and now I won't be buying anything from this company again.

So, I bought this tote bag online and man, was I bummed when I got it and it was all used up and damaged. And they didn't even bother to put protective wrapping on the zipper pulls, what's up with that? When I reached out to customer service, they told me they'd send me a replacement real quick, but it's been a week now and still no new bag or tracking info. Dealing with customer service has been a pain, with them taking forever to reply to my emails or calls. Feels like I'm talking to robots who couldn't care less about my problems. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, definitely not shopping from them again.
