Outdoor clothing and camping gear
I recently bought some outdoor clothing and camping gear from this store. When my order arrived, I realized that one item was missing, even though the packaging looked fine. I contacted customer service immediately and was helped by a person named Rachel Bassett. She quickly said sorry for the mistake and made sure that the missing item was sent out that very day. I was amazed by how fast and well they dealt with the issue, making sure I got the item the very next day. The service I got was really outstanding and made me feel happy and appreciated as a customer.
My new jacket
I picked up this really awesome jacket from the store and Tommy, the guy working there, hooked me up big time. He was super friendly and knew everything about the jackets. Tommy is the absolute best!
Isocool socks purchase
I just got some isocool socks and I'm really happy with how good they are. They're comfy, breathable, and keep my feet dry when I'm outside. I actually got 5 pairs instead of the 3 I ordered, even though it was a mistake. The customer service team fixed it fast and gave me choices on what to do. It's not common to see this kind of honesty in retail, so I'm grateful for their transparency.
Next day delivery issue
So, I gotta tell ya about this not-so-great thing that happened to me recently. I ordered something and shelled out the extra cash for next day delivery, but man, it took a whopping 4 days for my package to show up. And let me tell ya, that was a major bummer 'cause I needed those items for a hiking trip over the weekend, eh? By the time they finally arrived, I didn't even need 'em anymore. So, I hopped online and reached out to customer support. Spoke to this gal named Sobia, and she was super understanding and helpful. She didn't waste any time, got me that refund real quick. Gotta say, I was pretty darn grateful for that.
Outdoor jacket
I bought an outdoor jacket from the store's website recently, but ran into an issue with my order. I reached out for help through the contact us section on the website and got a quick response. However, the instructions on how to reply were confusing, so I tried to respond to the email but kept getting messages saying they hadn't heard back from me. Feeling frustrated, I decided to visit the Monmouth store in person while visiting my parents to try and sort things out with a shop assistant. Unfortunately, the assistant couldn't help me, which left me feeling disappointed and unsure of what to do next. Finally, I turned to the live chat feature on the website, which ended up solving the problem.
Men's shoes online order
I just ordered a new pair of men's shoes online and had them sent to the store for pickup. The customer service was top-notch - they were super quick with my order and the store delivery was a breeze. The shoes I got, the Curlew men's shoes, were even better than I hoped for in terms of quality and comfort. Fingers crossed they stay just as great once I start wearing them regularly!
