Hey there! I'm in charge of the Miss Ramsgate Organization and I'm always on the lookout for stores that have nice outfits for our big annual event. Matalan at Westwood Cross totally blew me away with their awesome customer service. The staff there were super helpful in finding the same outfits in different sizes. They didn't just help me in the store, they even went the extra mile by looking for more items online. The stuff I got, like necklaces, earrings, skirts, blouses, pants, and jackets, were all really good quality with no issues in stitching or fabric. I'm really impressed with Matalan's service and will definitely be back for future events.

I ordered two pairs of men's pants, but when I went to pick them up, there was only one pair there! It was really annoying, so I gave the assistant my information, and they said they would call me back. It's been three days now, and still no phone call. No pants, no refund, just disappointment. Not cool, man. Why did this have to happen at the store in Washington? Definitely not what I was expecting.
