I never bought stuff online before, but this time I did and it was great! I got everything I wanted and it was so easy. I didn't even have to pay for delivery because my purchase was over $50! I just bought something online from a big clothing store and was planning to pick it up in person through their click and collect service. But to my surprise, I found out that my item had to be shipped to me instead. I only found out at the last minute when I was about to pay, and it was annoying because I usually prefer click and collect to avoid paying for shipping. If I had known this earlier, I might have changed my mind about buying it.

I had to take back my order today because the pants were way too snug. I need to swap them for a size 18. I was let down by how the delivery went. I got a message saying my package was dropped off, but it ended up at my neighbor's doorstep. The delivery folks seem a bit careless and not paying much mind to where they're leaving the packages.

So I bought this bedding set from the store the other day, right? But when it showed up, it was totally the wrong one. Luckily, the Manager there was super helpful and fixed everything right away. Looks like the folks in the warehouse might need some more training though, this mix-up shouldn't have happened in the first place, you know?

So, I recently need to get a black suit for a funeral I had to go to, and decided to order one online. The order was made on April 23rd, and the funeral was on May 3rd. After getting the order confirmation, I never got any info on when I could pick it up from the store. I went to the store twice to see what was going on. The first time was on April 26th, and they said my order hadn't come in yet. I went back on April 29th, and finally, they found my stuff buried under a pile of other orders. Everything was super wrinkled and creased, no time to fix it before the funeral. I was pretty upset with the lack of care they gave my order. I ended up just returning everything for a refund on the spot.
