I just bought some clothes online and when they finally arrived, I was pretty bummed out by the quality. So, I made the decision to return them, and was pretty shocked to find out that I had to fork out for the return shipping. It just didn't seem right, especially since I live far from any stores. At the end of it all, I was left out of money and with nothing to show for it.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with the click & collect option, and I must say it was awesome. I was able to try on my items in store when I picked them up, which was super handy. But what really blew me away was how easy the return process was - if something didn't fit or look right, I could just bring it back to the till and get my refund back on my credit card in just a few days. Most places take forever to give you your money back, so this was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I was really impressed with how smooth and efficient the click & collect service was at this store.
