It didn't cut right, and now I'm trying to get a replacement. I've tried calling, emailing, and asking on their website, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I just want a die that actually works for the $17.99 I spent.
Snowflake bundle die set
I bought a snowflake bundle die set from this store not long ago. I had some trouble with it, though. The first die I got had the release holes not punched out properly, which made it tough to use for detailed designs. Luckily, they gave me a refund for that faulty die. The second die in the set had a big problem - one of the dies was made backwards, so all the pieces just fell out. I tried to let the seller know by writing a review, but they didn't post it, and I never heard back about the issue. Despite these problems, I have to admit that the other dies in the set are good quality and work well for my crafting projects.
