Kids football kits
I was a bit nervous about ordering at first because of all the bad reviews I saw, but I'm happy to say that my experience with the store was actually pretty good. I ordered two kids' football kits on a Saturday night at a really decent price. I went with the 48-hour tracked delivery, which was reasonably priced even though I wasn't in a rush to get my order. It was sent out on Monday around noon and I got it at 11 am on Wednesday. The kits seem to be good quality and I haven't had any issues so far. I think some of the negative reviews might be from people who expect their stuff to arrive super fast. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to order from this store again.
Sale items order
I recently snagged some great deals on a website and ordered a bunch of stuff. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I figured it was worth a shot since the prices were too good to pass up. Right after I placed my order, I got a confirmation, and two days later, I got the tracking info. Today, my package arrived and everything was in tip-top shape. The items matched their descriptions and were really good quality. I was impressed by how fast and smooth the whole process was. I'll totally suggest shopping at this store and I'll for sure be back for more stuff in the future.
Faulty product replacement
I bought something from Kitbag not too long ago, but the printing on the back came off within a month. I was pretty bummed about the quality, so I decided to reach out to customer service through the online chat. The process to figure out why I was contacting them was easy, and I was soon connected with a helpful agent who knew their stuff. After I explained the problem, the agent quickly sorted out a replacement for me with no trouble at all. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional the Kitbag customer service team was.
Red Sox baseball top
I recently bought a Red Sox baseball jersey from this online shop and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service they gave me. Ordering was a breeze, got a confirmation email right after I placed my order. Got another email later that day saying my order was on its way. The jersey showed up on Monday like clockwork and it was just what I wanted. The quality is top-notch and it fit my grandson perfectly. I'm really happy with how everything went down and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Rugby jersey purchase
At first, I was really let down by my purchase from Kitbag. I had ordered a rugby pro jersey, but they ended up sending me a replica jersey that was lower in quality. It was not only the wrong jersey that arrived, but I also had to fork out £6.20 for the return postage because of their mistake, which I thought was just not right. I felt kind of deceived and annoyed, especially since I had written a glowing review earlier. But, when I got in touch with their customer service team, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they resolved the issue. They refunded the return postage fee and sent the correct jersey right away. I have to hand it to them for handling the situation so efficiently and turning my bad experience around into a good one.
Birthday gift purchase
Don't believe all the negative reviews out there, eh? I decided to take a chance with this company, and boy am I glad I did! Despite all the bad feedback, I got my order in just 3 days, even during a busy holiday weekend. The packaging was top-notch and the product totally blew me away. I will for sure be a repeat customer of this company in the future. Remember, don't judge a book by its cover, give them a try, eh!
Liverpool Nike strike pants
I just bought some Liverpool Nike strike pants from Kitbag and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the service I got. I ordered them on a Saturday and they showed up real quick the following Friday, faster than I thought. Plus, the price was way better than other stores, especially cause they were on sale. I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely suggest Kitbag to anyone needing sports gear.
Clothing
The clothing I ordered was really high quality, but I ran into some trouble tracking my shipment which made me a bit anxious. Luckily, everything arrived in great shape and the wait was well worth it. I should have read some reviews before buying, though, so I would have known about the tracking problems. Even with that hiccup, I'm happy with what I got and will definitely think about buying from here again down the road.
