CommunicationI'm still waiting for my kids' England jerseys after so many delays and terrible communication from the company. They told me I'd get them within a week, but then said they gave them to other customers. Customer service wasn't helpful at all and couldn't tell me when I'd actually get them. My kids are bummed out and I'm annoyed as a parent.

CommunicationWhat a complete joke ordering from this place, eh? I ordered a tracksuit back in March and I've had to bug them three times for updates. And you know what? Not a peep back from them, no updates, no nothing. Total rip off, don't waste your time!
