Hey there, I wanted to let you know about a recent shopping experience I had. I bought something from this store, but ended up getting the wrong item. I reached out to their customer service to fix it, but they told me I had to pay extra to return the wrong item and get my money back. It's been a real headache dealing with this whole situation. Companies really need to make sure they send the right stuff to their customers. And when things go wrong, they should handle it better and think about how it affects the customer. I'm really not happy at all with the way this store has treated me.

The England shirt I bought from your store was pretty good quality, but I was kinda let down by the sleeves. They were way too long and wide, which made it awkward to wear. Also, when I asked about returning or exchanging it, the customer service was not that great. They said I had to pay £6.20 for the return and it was all on me.

I bought something online and decided to return it for a refund. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten my money back. Not only that, but I had to pay for the return shipping too. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, and all they keep saying is to wait for 14 days. I'm definitely not going to buy anything from them again.

I bought two England tops for my kids from this company not long ago. The quality of the tops was really bad, which was a letdown. And when I tried to return them on the website, I was surprised to see that the return fee was way higher than the delivery fee. It seemed like they were just trying to make money off of unhappy customers. When I reached out to customer service, they were not very helpful and didn't seem to care much about my concerns. My overall experience with this company was really disappointing, so I won't be buying anything from them again.

One person says you can donate or keep the shirt, another says you have to return it for money. So funny, eh?

I ordered a hat and a shirt online, but they both showed up late even though I shelled out extra for next day delivery. The hat was all messed up, with some stains on it and damage. What's worse, the shirt was the wrong size - I asked for a 2XL but they sent me an XL instead! And now I have to spend more money to send them back, costing me an extra 6.20 on top of the 8.95 + 99p I already paid for delivery. That's a whopping total of 88.14 coming out of my wallet! It's been 14 days and I've still got no refund of 72, so I'm looking at being down 16.14 just from this whole debacle!

I ordered some awesome Man City track pants, and they ended up sending me a Real Madrid polo shirt instead! Can you believe that? Now I have to pay to send it back. Not cool at all, eh.

The stuff I got was really bad, felt like I bought some cheap knockoff for a loonie from China. Trying to return it was a total nightmare, they charged me heaps and didn't give me all my money back. Wish I'd checked the reviews before buying from them, big regret.

I bought this soccer jersey and it looked so cheap and old! I wanted to return it, but they asked for $10 for shipping! Such a rip-off, don't you agree?
