JR Cigars - Reviews and experiences

I just bought something from this company and man, oh man, let me tell you, I was not impressed at all. Thought the prices were alright at first, but then when I dug deeper, turns out they were sneaky and I got charged way more than I thought. Tried to send the package back right away, but customer service was ghosting me. Took weeks to get a response and all they did was shut me down. So not cool, eh?

I've been a loyal customer of JR Cigars for over twenty years now. I've had some issues with shipping and auction mistakes in the past, but their customer service has always been top-notch. However, ever since the company was taken over, there have been some major changes that have really impacted my overall experience. The auction feature I used to enjoy every morning is gone, and the prices have shot up. JR Cigars used to have the best prices around, but now they're just like everyone else. A lot of my favorite cigars have been discontinued, and the loyalty program has been changed so it's not as rewarding for us customers. Points expire quickly, and there's all kinds of restrictions on how you can use them. Plus, it seems like sale items are always marked as out of stock as soon as they're advertised. This whole situation has made me wonder why I'm still supporting JR Cigars, as they don't seem to care as much about long-time customers like me anymore. That's why I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

I've been buying stuff from this company for like 10 years now, eh. But lately I've noticed their products aren't as good as they used to be, and they keep raising prices while their customer service keeps getting worse, eh. Their website is easy to use and all, but I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere, eh.
