JR Cigars - Reviews and experiences

I ordered a box of cigars from this company not too long ago. The problem was, it took several days for them to even start processing my order. And then they told me it would take an extra 3-8 business days for shipping. When I reached out to Customer Service to ask about the hold-up, they didn't seem to get it and didn't really help me at all. They just said they didn't know what was going on with my order and didn't offer to fix it. I'm pretty annoyed and let down by this whole thing, so I won't be buying from them again.

I had a really bad experience with an online cigar store in Burlington, NC. I ordered a sample box of cigars and paid extra for 2nd day UPS shipping because I wanted to surprise my very sick brother in a nursing home in NYC. A sales rep promised me that my order would be sent quickly, so I told my brother to expect it on a specific day. But when it didn't arrive, I asked for the tracking number. Turns out, they didn't send it because they didn't get my age verification. I was surprised they didn't reach out to tell me about the delay and had no follow-up plan for shipping issues. They said I had to wait 10 days to see if it wasn't sent. I'm definitely not buying from them again because their customer service is terrible.

I was super pumped to order some packs but JR won't deliver to Wyoming anymore! I tried everything to figure out why - called my local representatives, emailed customer service, talked to employees and a supervisor. No one had any answers! They just said they received an email. I even sent another email to customer service a week ago and still haven't heard back. Talk about terrible customer service.

So, you know, I got some cigars from JR Cigars, eh. The whole thing was just awful, man! The customer service was terrible, and they packed my order so bad that the cigars were just rolling around in this huge box with a humidor and promo knife banging into them. And, listen to this, they removed some auction wins from my account right after I won them! I feel completely ripped off by them, eh. Never going back there again, dude. Cigarbid is the place to go, way better.
