App & PortalI gotta say, JR Cigars really knows how to keep their customers happy. While they got rid of the free shipping program, which I personally miss, they still offer some amazing perks. The only downside is that their website can be a bit confusing at times and could use some work to make it more user-friendly. I think a lot of negative reviews are from folks who didn't bother to read the fine print and then got upset when things didn't go their way. Don't blame the company for your own mistakes, people! Overall, JR Cigars is a reputable company that just needs a few tweaks to make it even better.
