CheckoutSo, I tried to order some Oliva cigars and it was a disaster! First, I couldn't log into my account so I had to call to place my order. Then, they didn't even tell me my transaction didn't go through. What a fail! And then, when I called to fix it, they said they couldn't give me the sale price because it was over. Like, really? How was I supposed to know my order didn't work? I asked for a refund on my JR Cigars Plus membership, but who knows if I'll actually get it. Ugh.
