It's really annoying, eh, that as a customer who actually pays for services, there's no help available when it comes to dealing with fake reviews. Trying to appeal against obvious fake reviews is a joke, it doesn't seem to fix anything. Even though we've tried, there's no way to contact anyone for help, we're just left feeling totally helpless. It's so disappointing that they delete real reviews but ignore the fake ones. Not having any support isn't fair to businesses who are working hard to keep up their good reputation and credibility.

Lurgan West Lodge in Randalstown is just amazing! Sheila was incredibly welcoming, letting us come and go as we pleased and serving up the most delicious breakfasts. The house itself is really beautiful and our rooms were super clean and spacious. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and there were plenty of areas to relax in our room. Randalstown was a pleasant surprise, very clean and charming with lots of shops and pubs. We also found a fantastic taxi service with M's Cars, who took us wherever we needed to go. Sheila was the perfect host and I would definitely recommend Lurgan West Lodge to all my friends.
