Online order return issue
I bought something online and when I tried to return it at the store, I ran into a big problem. The return policy on the website was confusing and it ended up being a real headache and cost me a lot of money.
Shoes purchase
I bought a pair of fancy shoes from Harvey Nichols and it was a total disappointment. The shoes were in bad shape - used, dirty, with marked soles and missing details. Plus, the packaging was not great, it didn't even have safety papers to protect the shoes. I contacted both Harvey Nichols and the brand's customer service hoping for a solution. At first, Harvey Nichols offered a small £100 discount, which was insulting considering how much I paid for the shoes. After some negotiation, they raised it to £150, but still wouldn't give a reasonable discount. Their communication was not good, and their final response was basically take the small discount or return the shoes, without even acknowledging my concerns. It felt like they were not taking me seriously and didn't want to make things right. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a more satisfying solution. I won't be buying from Harvey Nichols again, I'll stick to other stores for luxury items.
New Clothes
The store was really great and the service was amazing! This girl, Aoife, was so friendly and helpful. She knew a lot about the clothes and made shopping a blast. It's been a while since I've been here, but I'll definitely be coming back now!
