TrackingI just bought a puffer jacket from this company, and it was a really good deal which is why I decided to go for it. But then when I got the tracking number, I found out that it didn't work and I couldn't track my order. It made me a bit worried, especially after seeing some bad reviews online. But I decided to contact customer service anyways, and I was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me quickly and assured me that my order was on its way. The jacket arrived right on time and was exactly what I was expecting. I was really happy with the quality of the jacket and the whole buying process.
