ServiceI ordered a bag for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but I still haven't gotten it. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to wait 7-10 business days. If it didn't clear customs by then, they'd refund me 'cause it would be M.I.A. I'm pretty gutted about the whole lack of communication and slow fix for this problem. Seems a bit sketch and I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone 'cause of the snooty and unhelpful service I got.
