I've been waiting since December for a refund, but it's already February and I still haven't received it. Customer service said I'd get an email in a week to start the return process, but I haven't heard anything yet. I've sent lots of emails, but it hasn't been resolved. I'm thinking about getting some legal advice to deal with this problem.

I've been having a lot of trouble trying to return stuff I bought online because the return labels won't scan when I try to drop them off at the store. I've tried multiple times but it's not working, and the customer service team hasn't been much help in resolving the issue. It's been super frustrating and disappointing not being able to return the items and not getting the help I need from the company.

They keep saying it'll take another 6 to 7 weeks, which is just not right. I would definitely recommend not buying anything from them if you don't want to waste your money and time.

I had a pretty rough time dealing with this company recently. When I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give me my money back the way I paid, and instead insisted on giving me a gift card. I wasn't pleased with that at all because it's my cash we're talking about. Luckily, I used PayPal credit for the purchase, so I could bring up the issue with them. In the end, PayPal gave me a refund, but it was a real hassle all because the company wouldn't cooperate. The product took forever to arrive, and returning it was a real pain too. I've decided I won't be buying from them again.
