DeliveryI'm really upset with the service I got from this company. Back in December, I placed an order for over $600 and after waiting for more than a month, I still didn't get my stuff. When I tried to get help from customer service, they weren't any help at all and couldn't fix the problem. The tracking info said the package never got delivered, so now I'm out of my order and my money. I wish I had checked their reviews on Trustpilot before buying from them, it's clear that this brand can't be trusted. Don't waste your money, just steer clear of this website.

DeliveryMy recent online shopping experience was not the greatest. I ordered some stuff but it never showed up. And to make matters worse, it was delivered to the wrong place. When I contacted customer service for help, they were so rude and not helpful at all. Plus, they didn't even have a good way to handle complaints. I'd advise others to avoid this company.
