Ring for Fiancé
So, I got this ring for my Fiancé and it was like, totally perfect! The quality was amazing and the price was pretty good too. But, oops, I made a mistake after ordering it (my bad), and the customer service team was so quick to help me fix it. I would totally recommend this place and their stuff is just awesome!
Gold tungsten radiance ring
I got this super cool ring for my stepdad's birthday, and let me tell you, it was shiny and nice. He wears it all the time and it hasn't done any weird stuff like turning his finger green. When it accidentally broke from a fall, the company totally came through and sent us a brand new one for free! Seriously, best customer service I've ever experienced!

The customer service was seriously lacking - I reached out a bunch of times and didn't hear a peep back. The prices were alright, not crazy high but definitely not worth the headache. And let's not even talk about the shipping - it took ages and the item showed up all beat up. Total waste of my time and cash.
