ServiceI had a rough situation recently where I realized my wallet on the platform was mysteriously cleaned out of about 50 bucks. I tried to get some help, but all I got was a lame response from customer service, offering me coupons instead of actually helping with the loss. It really bummed me out and now I'm hesitant about using the platform again in the future.
