CommunicationI ordered something on February 5th, 2023 and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but haven't heard back yet. Honestly, the service from this company is just terrible. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and follow-up on their end.

CommunicationMan, I am so fed up with this company. I bought a phone back in October, paid for it and everything, but it's all the way in May now and still no sign of it. I've tried contacting their support team multiple times, even chatted with them, but all I get back are these generic responses that don't solve anything. Seriously, why can't they just send an email or a text to let us know what's going on with our orders?
