Account issue preventing order
I was really excited to order from this company 'cause I've heard such good things about their stuff. But when I tried to place my order, I ran into a problem with my account. It just kept telling me I already had an account, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't get the order to go through. It was so frustrating and in the end, I couldn't even make the purchase. I really like the company and their products, but this whole thing just left me feeling let down and irritated.
Tactical backpack purchase
I just bought a tactical backpack from this shop. The ordering process went really well, no issues at all. But I was kinda bummed about the shipping choices they had. The standard/ground shipping isn't terrible, but it does take longer than I'd hoped for. Other big online stores offer free 2-3 day shipping, so not having that option here makes it less appealing. All in all, my experience was alright, but the shipping kinda brought it down for me.
Coyote boots
I bought a pair of coyote boots from this company over a year ago and I've been wearing them pretty much every day since. Let me tell you, these boots are the comfiest ones I've ever had on my feet. They fit just right, they're light, flexible, and surprisingly tough. They might not be waterproof, but they dry super fast. They feel like your most worn-in and cozy pair of slippers. I definitely suggest checking out these boots.
EDC backpack
I just bought an EDC backpack from First Tactical and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how high-quality it is. This backpack is super practical with tons of compartments and pockets for all my stuff. The material they used is top-notch and I can tell it's gonna last me a long time. Whether you're a cop, a paramedic, or in the army, I totally suggest checking out their gear because it's reliable and top of the line.
Defender pants for Forestry service
I recently bought the Defender pants from this company because I needed some tough clothes for my upcoming Forestry service trip. I was pretty impressed with the quality and how well they were made. But when it came to dealing with the company's customer service and how they delivered my order, I wasn't too thrilled. Ordering was easy, but I had trouble with tracking info and my order took a while to arrive. When I needed to swap the pants for a different size, it took way too long to get the new pair, and the company didn't keep me updated on what was going on. All this lack of communication and slow exchanges made me think twice about shopping with them again. I mean, as someone who needs reliable gear for important outdoor work, I was hoping for better service from a company that's all about law enforcement and firefighting. I really hope they step up their game when it comes to customer service and getting orders out on time.
Boots and Tactical Pants
Recently, I bought some boots with a composite toe along with V2 tactical pants for men that have military-style details. But, when they arrived, I got the wrong items in both cases. The boots didn't have the composite toe like they were supposed to, and the style of the tactical pants was completely different from what I wanted. I'm really not happy about this mix-up and the lack of attention to detail in fulfilling my orders. I've already posted a negative review about the boots on a different site, and now this mistake has just added to my frustration.
Tactical pants
I gotta say, I bought a pair of tactical pants from this company recently and man, oh man, they really exceeded my expectations! The quality and durability of the product are top-notch, using some great materials and attention to detail that's just spot on. These pants are perfect for outdoor activities and now they're a must-have in my wardrobe, no doubt about it!
Tactical gear purchase
I recently bought some tactical gear from this company and I gotta say, I was super happy with the selection they had. The quality of the stuff is top-notch, and I can definitely see myself going back for more in the future. The service was awesome too, so overall I had a really pleasant experience.
Belt purchase
I recently bought a belt from this company and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the customer service I got. I thought I ordered the right size based on their chart, but then I did some digging and found out most companies suggest adding 2-4 inches to your pant size depending on how you like to wear your belt. So, I shot them an email right away to try and fix things and asked about sizing, giving them my pant size and all. But all they told me was that it was already shipped, even though it didn't actually go out until a whole day later. And they took forever to get back to me each time I asked them something, and their answers were kinda meh and didn't really help with my issues. Plus, I had to shell out 10 bucks for shipping, and now I gotta pay to send it back. Seemed like they only cared about big police department orders, not regular folks like me. No way I'm gonna shop with them again.
Recent purchase delays
I recently bought something from this company, and to be honest, it was not a great experience. It took forever for my order to even get shipped - like a month and a half. When I asked about the delay, they said they were moving warehouses, but they didn't even let customers know about that beforehand. It was super annoying. And then, it turns out they screwed up their inventory and had to cancel half my order because they sold too much. They gave me a refund, but still, it was pretty disappointing how poorly they handled things.
Tactical pants
My experience with the tactical pants from First Tactical was really disappointing, eh. I thought I ordered the right size according to their chart, but when the pants showed up, they didn't fit at all, eh. I reached out to customer service hoping to exchange them for a different size, but they said no can do, eh. They wouldn't even give me a shipping label to send the pants back, eh. And even though the pants were in mint condition, they only gave me a partial refund, which I thought was pretty harsh, eh. Overall, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and unsatisfied with the brand now, eh.
Pair of patrol gloves
I just bought a pair of patrol gloves from your store and I wanted to tell you about my experience. I really wish there was some sizing info on the gloves because I got my usual size for patrol and search gloves. But when I got to my post, which is far from the store, I noticed that they fit very differently. The pinkie finger on the gloves was way too long, which made them uncomfortable and hard to use. I was definitely let down by the purchase and the fact that there wasn't good sizing info given.
"Tactical Pants Purchase"
I just got myself a pair of tactical pants from First Tactical, and I've gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how things went down. I tried to be smart about it and checked out some reviews before I bought them, but turns out, like a lot of folks have mentioned, the sizing was way off. It was super annoying, especially 'cause I had to fork out extra cash to send them back. And, y'know, having to pay more just to exchange them? Not cool if you ask me. I was thinking about swapping 'em for a different size, but the idea of more fees put me off. This whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I'm not sure if I'll give this company another shot.
New uniforms
I just got my new uniforms from this company and you know what? I am not happy at all. The pant sizes are just terrible. I asked for a bigger size in the women's pants, but the waist is even tinier than the smaller size I had before. Like, how does that even make sense? It's like they don't know how sizes should be done. I am really let down by the lack of quality check on this and it makes me wonder if this company is even reliable. I wouldn't suggest buying uniforms from them if you want the right size.
XL Lightweight Gloves
I recently bought some XL lightweight gloves from First Tactical after checking their online sizing charts. Even though I usually go for larger sizes, I decided to trust their charts and placed my order. Sadly, when I got the gloves, they ended up being too small. I followed their return instructions and shipped the gloves back on my dime. After they got the gloves, they told me they were all out of XXL gloves and gave me the choice to wait or get a refund. I went with the refund, but was bummed to see that I only got back the money for the gloves and not the entire amount, including what I spent on shipping. So, in the end, I practically paid as much for shipping as I did for the gloves themselves, all for nothing. This whole ordeal really left me feeling unsatisfied and annoyed with the lack of honesty and customer service from the company.
Purchased two pairs of shorts
Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service at this company has been pretty disappointing, eh. I ordered two pairs of shorts, got 'em quick, no problem there. But then three days later, I get a random pair of shorts in the wrong size and colour, totally their mistake. So, I let them know about the error, and they ask me to send it back. But, they don't give me a shipping label or any compensation for the hassle. Even though I'm a honest person, I found this lack of effort really frustrating. Now, onto my most recent order from 14 days ago, no updates at all, just says "still processing". I email them three days ago and hear nothing back, so I decide to call their customer service today. They tell me they're moving warehouses, which is why my shorts are delayed. When I ask why they didn't mention this on their website before taking orders, the response was pretty unprofessional. The rep said they wish they had told us about the delay to avoid upset customers. I ask for quicker shipping 'cause of the inconvenience, but they just straight up say no. This poor customer service and lack of effort for customers has made me decide that this will be my last order with this company, eh. The gear is good quality, sure, but there's other options out there with similar stuff. Their prices are competitive, but the subpar customer service is more important to me.

I bought a shirt from that store and it took them more than 2 weeks to actually ship it out. Their customer service was really bad and they didn't even bother letting me know that they were changing locations - like seriously, terrible communication skills. If you want your stuff quickly, I'd recommend checking out a different place for sure.
