TrackingI recently bought some sports gear from this company and it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. The ordering part was kind of confusing and it seemed like there were some wires crossed in the customer service team. Ruth was pretty good about keeping me updated on my order, but Alex dropped the ball and forgot to send me a tracking number. It made it tough for me to make sure I'd be around when the stuff showed up. That being said, both Ruth and Alex were way better to deal with than the other customer service reps I dealt with. Those VA's were useless and sometimes even rude. It took a whole week to fix things and get my stuff reshipped, which was way too long and frustrating.
