So I ordered some awesome jerseys as Christmas presents and I was super excited to get them! But when I checked my order, only some of them were promised to arrive before Christmas. I tried to cancel the ones that weren't guaranteed, but the person in customer service told me I couldn't change it. It's not fair, they should let you cancel things that haven't even been shipped yet!

I just bought some Christmas gifts, but they haven't shown up yet. I ordered them on December 7th, thinking they'd be here by Christmas. Turns out, one thing is coming on time, but the other two won't be here until December 28th. I reached out to customer service, but they couldn't help me or cancel the order. I'm super let down and annoyed by this whole situation.

I recently bought some cards from this store, but I still haven't got them even though I was told they were delivered two weeks ago. I've been trying to contact customer service, but haven't heard back from them. It's been really frustrating dealing with this.

My item showed up three days in advance, which was a nice surprise. Sadly, it was damaged. Thankfully, the customer service team was super quick to handle it and they're sending me a new one. It would've been nice to have tracking info, but all in all, I'm pretty happy with how fast it got here.
