I just wanted to share my recent experience with customer service. I had a problem with one of my orders, but thankfully, Ruth was there to help me out. She was so professional and really dedicated to making sure my issue was taken care of. I think she did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, Ruth. You're awesome!

The customer service at that company is just brutal! My account got hacked and someone used it to buy a fake gift card. I first tried using the chat, but all they did was open a useless case. Then I called and the support person couldn't even hear me properly to verify who I was. When I finally got through, she still couldn't fix it and wouldn't let me talk to a manager. So annoying!

I recently went through a pretty frustrating situation trying to return something. It took a bunch of tries and phone calls, but I finally got a hold of Ruth who really saved the day. She was super professional and actually seemed like she cared about helping me get things sorted out quickly. Ruth went out of her way to talk to her boss and made sure my problem got fixed. I gotta give props to Ruth for going above and beyond with her customer service skills. The whole situation before I talked to her was a mess with a whole lot of confusion and lack of communication. Fans Edge, you better take note - Ruth is a total rockstar and should have a direct line for customer service questions.
