I recently ordered a Josh Allen figurine, but I ended up getting a little blue plastic man instead. I was pretty disappointed and frustrated by this mix-up, because I was really looking forward to getting the right item that I had actually ordered. I tried to get in touch with customer service through their live chat, but all I got were automated responses that didn't really solve my problem. I even tried reaching out through other channels, but it was hard to find a real person who could help me out. So now, I have to deal with my credit card company to sort this out. Overall, my experience with this company was quite negative, and I would advise others to be cautious when placing an order with them.

I just bought the Florida Gators Team Desktop Fanimal from the online store and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by it. The quality just didn't live up to what I saw on the website. It looked all cheap and shoddy, like something a high school kid whipped up in shop class.
