I almost didn't order this — needed it for my WFH setup and was worried about getting burned. Tracking showed delays and the courier told me to deal with the seller, seller basically shrugged. Annoying, really. In the end it arrived a bit late and the item does what I wanted and is useful, so I'm relieved. Still would have liked clearer updates, but overall okay.

I first saw the item on their website and even mentioned it to a colleague, so I felt awkward when tracking said "shipped" but nothing happened. Multiple missed updates. Customer support fixed a technical glitch after I complained, sent confirmation and it showed up today. Not perfect, but relieved it worked out. Would buy again but will double-check emails next time.

I just ordered an Eagles jersey, and on the website, it said it would come in 2-3 business days. But then I checked the tracking info, and it said it wouldn't arrive until May 9th. This mix-up has me feeling pretty confused and frustrated as a customer.

I bought a jersey online not too long ago and man, it's been a real pain in the behind. The website said it would take 5-7 days to ship, but my order is still stuck in "PROCESSING" mode. Supposed to ship by March 27, but there's been no updates or messages about the holdup. I want the truth during the ordering process, not this total lack of info. The chat bot on the site said I could cancel or change my order, but that turned out to be a load of garbage. Should've been an easy breezy cancellation, but here I am waiting with no end in sight. I want my original payment back, like yesterday! This whole mess has me feeling like I got taken for a ride and I'm telling everyone to be careful with this site.
