PriceI bought a few kitchen towels and a cutting board last month. First use was the next day; towels felt soft and absorbent, board had a nice weight. A week after ordering they dropped the price. I called to get an adjustment — at first it sounded messy and I was annoyed. They eventually issued the refund after a follow-up call. Glad it worked out, could have been smoother though.
