So, funny thing — I bought this hoodie because my old one bit the dust during a freezing dog walk. It showed up massive and I was already sighing, expecting the usual hassle. Then customer support actually agreed to an exchange, and the minute they confirmed the smaller size was on the way I felt proper relief, like, okay, they did the thing. Hoodie’s cozy, not flawless, price a touch high, but the swap made me happy enough to keep shopping here.

I won't shop here again. Bought a pair of pajama pants over a year ago marked large, but they were so tight I could barely get them on and the waist sat all wrong. I asked for a return and heard nothing useful. Instead they kept sending messages about a credit balance but never actually helped with the return. It took weeks to even get a reply. I've returned ill-fitting items from other retailers with no fuss, so this stood out. Not impressed.

So I ordered a bunch of gear for my favorite team, eh? It arrived super fast, just like the next day. But then I realized I didn't like some of the stuff and wanted to return it, you know? I gave 'em a call, and they helped me set up the return really easily, eh. They even gave me a link to start the return process, which was cool. So right now, I'm just waiting for it to all get sorted out, eh. 👍

I recently bought some gear for my fave sports team from this online shop. The stuff was good quality and the designs were cool. But man, returning items was a drag. The cost to return stuff on their site was way higher than what other stores charge. I didn't expect that and it really annoyed me. Plus, getting my refund took forever. They said it would only take 10 working days after they got my return at their warehouse, but that didn't happen. I had to keep bugging customer service for updates. Overall, the products were decent, but the return process and customer service were a letdown.
