    So I bought this mattress 'cause they said it would arrive real fast, but guess what? It didn't even ship when it was supposed to! I was so pumped to get it, but now it's just taking forever. I even chatted with customer service, and they don't seem to have a clue either. And what about that refund they said they'd give me? Feels like they're playing me.     Oh my goodness, I ordered a mattress online and had to wait ages for it to come. And guess what? When it finally showed up, the delivery company they used totally dropped the ball and didn't come on the right day. Seriously, what a pain! I took time off work for that! And to top it off, when they did deliver it, the mattress was all lumpy and super uncomfortable. What a total waste of time and money.

    Online mattress and frame purchase

    So I bought a mattress and frame online not too long ago and let me tell ya, it's been a bit of a disaster. The mattress showed up pretty quickly and seems decent, but the frame is a whole other story. I've reached out to customer service twice now about the frame issues, and both times they told me they'd sort it out fast - but no luck. It's been months and I'm still waiting for either the frame or my money back. This company is seriously lacking in honesty and transparency, and I'm not feeling very hopeful about getting my cash back. It's like dealing with a shady business that couldn't care less about its customers. If you end up in a similar boat, be ready to maybe fight it out legally to get your money back, which is frustrating and expensive. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy choice if you're thinking about buying from these guys.

    Two mattresses, one double and one single

    I had a really frustrating time dealing with the customer service at this company. The mattresses I bought turned out to be not so great - they were supposed to be supportive, but they actually ended up causing me back pain. Even worse, the double mattress had to be switched out after just one month. But when it came time to get rid of the faulty one, there were all kinds of mix-ups and delays. In the end, I just ended up giving it away.

    The single mattress, which is also not doing a good job at supporting me, has been waiting for a replacement for almost three whole months now. The customer service folks keep giving me excuses instead of actual solutions. They write these long-winded responses that don't even really address the problem at hand. It's beyond frustrating.

    Premium mattress purchase

    My experience buying a fancy mattress from this company was so disappointing. I expected it to arrive on November 9th, but that day came and went with no word on delivery. I tried to call customer service, but there wasn't a phone number, just a form to fill out. I filled that form out a bunch, but never heard back. I tried again, asking for a speedy response over text or call. Finally, at 5:50pm, I got an email, which basically said my mattress was coming from DPD Ireland (I live in England) and gave me a bogus tracking number. When I tried to contact DPD with a number on the invoice, they were closed. This whole situation with the terrible customer service has left me really unsatisfied.

    Purchased a mattress

    Difficult customer service experience

    I had a real frustrating time trying to contact customer service, eh. Couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone and emails were straight-up ignored. Only way I got a response was through the chat on the website, and even then, the person wasn't much help. They couldn't even tell me when the mattress I wanted would be available because it was out of stock. This lack of communication and transparency ain't cool, so I've decided to cancel my order and try to find a mattress somewhere else.

    Bed purchase delayed

    I ordered a new bed back in December, thinking it would come in January. Now it's mid-February and still no bed. When I asked about it, the customer service person actually laughed and told me to cancel if I wasn't happy. And to add insult to injury, they said it could take 2-3 months to get my money back. Terrible service! I'm not buying from them again, plenty of other places have good stuff for way less money.

    Two mattresses during Black Friday weekend

    I ordered two mattresses over Black Friday weekend. Sadly, only one of them showed up on December 2nd. The other mattress, with a different tracking number, has been sitting in "pending" status on the FedEx site with no delivery date in sight. Dealing with customer service at this company has been a huge letdown. The chat agents take forever to get back to me, the phone line seems to always be closed, and the emails have been super frustrating. It feels like they're not on the same page as each other and keep asking me for tracking info I've already found on the FedEx site. It's tough to see such lousy service from a company that promises top-notch products. I really should have checked out the Trustpilot reviews before buying from them. The only good thing is that the mattress I did get is pretty comfy, but overall it's been a disappointment. Missing mattress has thrown a wrench in my Christmas plans, and I'd warn others to avoid this company.
