So I bought this mattress 'cause they said it would arrive real fast, but guess what? It didn't even ship when it was supposed to! I was so pumped to get it, but now it's just taking forever. I even chatted with customer service, and they don't seem to have a clue either. And what about that refund they said they'd give me? Feels like they're playing me. I'm getting super frustrated, like seriously, just give me my darn mattress already!
