Expensive pump with limited spares
The pump costs a pretty penny, but it gets the job done. The only downside is it doesn't come with spare parts, so I have to clean it often. And when I try to get extra parts, they're not always in stock and they come in varying amounts. Wish I had known about this before buying it. It ends up costing a lot once you have enough spare parts.
Pump, battery issue
So I bought this pump, eh, and it was working pretty good at first, ya know. But then I left it in storage for about a year, and the battery just up and died on me, eh. I checked online and turns out it's a common problem, like they knew it would happen. When I called customer service for a hand, they just kept repeating the same old thing. I reckon there are probably some better pumps out there for a better price, eh.
Returned unused product
I did everything the instructions said to return the product I didn't use, even gave them all the papers and tracking info they needed. But I still haven't gotten my money back after more than a month. I sent the product back on March 25th and gave them all the info, but by April 29th, I still hadn't seen my refund. I'm really frustrated with how the company has handled this.
Pump part replacement
The customer service at this place was amazing! I had to reach out to them because a part on my pump broke, and they were super helpful. Melanie from the customer service team got back to me quickly and told me they already had a replacement part on the way. I was so relieved that it was such a smooth process. A+ for their service!
Excellent customer service
I had a problem with something I bought not long ago, but the customer service folks really went above and beyond to fix it quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for good service!
