Eh, so I had a really crummy time shopping with this company, eh. I ordered something and it never showed up because of customs troubles in my country, eh. They said they'd give me a refund when the product got back to them, but I haven't heard anything or got my money back yet, eh. It's annoying to be kept in the dark like this, with no replies to my emails, eh. This whole situation has been a real letdown, eh.

I absolutely adore the bath and body products from this company, they're just so amazing. The scents are wonderful and they last a long time, plus they leave my skin feeling really soft and nourished. The packaging is also really nice and would make a fantastic gift. I'll definitely be purchasing more in the future.

After using my Elvie Stride pump for about five months, I ran into a problem where it wasn't working right. I tried changing the washable parts to fix it, but the suction still wasn't great. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to customer service for help. They were really quick to figure out the problem was a faulty hub/motor and they sent me a replacement right away. The new pump showed up in just two days, and I was able to pump like normal again. Dealing with customer service was easy and they really knew what they were talking about.
