DeliveryI recently ordered a pair of men's shoes with rubber soles online. Unfortunately, I didn't receive them until almost two weeks later because of a mix-up with the delivery address. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they didn't even bother saying sorry for their mistake or try to make up for the inconvenience. I was definitely not impressed with the whole experience.
