CommunicationI had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at this store. So, I ordered a pair of shoes but then realized I put in the wrong shipping address. I tried chatting with them right away, but they said they couldn't change it because of security stuff. I then sent an email, but didn't get any response back. On top of that, I couldn't even cancel the order from my account. The shipping label wasn't even made until the next day and I didn't get any updates on the shipment like they said I would. Overall, the customer service was not great and it left me feeling really frustrated and let down.

CommunicationI just ordered something from this site and man, let me tell you, the service was really bad. They said my birthday present would arrive on time, but I didn't hear anything until the day the shoes were supposed to show up. And then, out of nowhere, they changed the delivery date without even telling me beforehand! I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was some generic response. Seriously, with all the online shopping options out there, this is just not cool. I'm never going back to that site and I suggest others do the same.
