CheckoutI got a gift card from the store not too long ago, and I was really happy about it. But when I tried to use it to buy something, the system didn't recognize it and showed an error message saying it was unknown. I was bummed out because I was really looking forward to using the gift card to get myself some new shoes or accessories. I emailed customer service for help, but I didn't hear back from them. I hope the store fixes this problem soon and makes sure their products, like gift cards, work properly. It's important for a brand to have good customer support and make sure customers can use their gift cards without any issues.
